Free shipping on all orders over $150 within the U.S.!
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from the available shipping options by entering the delivery address.
We process and ship orders as soon as they are registered in our system. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the day and time of purchase. The Terra Perfumes team operates Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Final delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected, destination, weather conditions, and the carrier’s performance—factors outside our control.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive email updates regarding processing and shipment. If you don’t receive your package within the estimated time frame, please email sales@terraperfumes.com, including your order number and any other relevant details to help us track your order.
Important: Once your order has been processed, it is not possible to modify the shipping address. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to our offices, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt. Please note that additional charges may apply.
