Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—sealed, unopened or unused—with all tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@terraperfumesusa.com If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label within 48 hours, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If merchandise is returned damaged, the request for an exchange or store credit will be denied. Items purchased with a discount code or during special sale days—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Final Sale—are not eligible for returns or store credit.

All shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the customer’s responsibility. All returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee for store credit.

Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an electronic gift card or notify you of the store credit and the shipment of any replacement item within 3–6 business days. Store credits do not expire.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased with a discount code or during special sale days—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Final Sale—are not eligible for returns or store credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
